Embrace the convenience of Skype/Facetime counseling, personalized to your needs and in the comfort of your space. Setting up a session is a breeze – just use your laptop, tablet, or smartphone equipped with a webcam and microphone.

Phone Counseling

In unique circumstances, I provide counseling over the phone for individuals with whom I have an established a therapeutic relationship. This option allows you to receive assistance without the need for travel or computer access.

What happens at my first counseling session?

In your initial session, the focus is on establishing rapport between you and the counselor. The session covers introductions, necessary paperwork, and provides a platform for you to share your story and discuss the challenges you're facing.
